Very good wood-fired pizza, incomparable! I find that the change of ownership has not impacted the quality despite the comments I see, good dough, the only thing I can say is that depending on the pizza there are missing ingredients and sometimes too much cheese.

We ordered four pizzas for a family meal. We've been disappointed since the change of ownership. The pizzas lack crust, are overcooked at the edges, and lack flavor. We didn't have any problems with the delivery because we picked them up ourselves.

28/07/2026: A favorite spot in Pertuis, and one we've been going to for years. The pizzas are delicious, as are the homemade desserts and ice cream. Cleanliness, quality products, pleasant atmosphere. And the welcome ❤️

Pizzas are baked on a conveyor belt in a conveyor oven, and the use of industrially produced Aropiz sauce, textured with potato starch, makes it feel more like a delivery chain than traditional craftsmanship. While the results are consistent and the service is fast, for such a prestigious title, one would expect a traditionally baked crust and real, raw tomato pulp, free of additives.
