Le wagon sur Plombieres-Les-Bains

I very rarely share an opinion but I would like to thank the kindness of the Director who came to pick us up at the entrance and allowed us to sit on the platform with our little dog (German Shepherd). The waiter and the manager were most attentive. The dishes were delicious and well presented. Vegetarian, I enjoyed the lentil risotto and my partner enjoyed the duck. We were offered the coffees without any request on our part. I have read some negative reviews and I am very surprised. We had a bit of a wait but you have to know how to let yourself be carried away by this unusual setting and enjoy the moment. Thanks again. We will come back with pleasure.

It's original but let's stay serious, the meal is not possible! Hamburger with frozen minced steak with pieces of cartilage, fatty fries as if the oil were old, the dish of the day bland but bland! Pavlova meringue lasts. Happy that the servers are wonderful and welcoming, smiling. We are passing through and we are surprised to see that it is an abandoned Village, it is even shocking.

We had dinner on Thursday August 1, 2024. Where to start… We waited over half an hour for our order to be taken without water. Once the order was taken again we waited again for a good half hour before the aperitif was served. Between the aperitif and the starter the wait was not excessive, however the foie gras… INEDIBLE I had the impression that the vegetables and the foie gras were soaked in vinegar… this really disappointed my wife Having had a Caesar salad, he found it very good. Let's move on to the main course...a wait like I've never seen more than 1 hour between the starter and the main course, not to mention the fact that we ordered 2 glasses of wine which never arrived. Very sad knowing that the dishes (the st pierre for me and the entrecôte for my wife) were very, very good. We didn't want to wait another hour for dessert, knowing that the servers were clearing and cleaning everything in front of us, so we didn't want to bother any more. When paying, no apology, no commercial gesture (and wanted to charge us for the glasses of wine which I remember we never had) I wouldn't come back here anytime soon

Cadre surprenant dans un wagon. On réalise un voyage culinaire dans l'orient express. Assiettes bien préparées avec un service impeccable. Les deux serveurs sont très professionnels et répondent à nos attentes. Nous avons été servi avec le temps qu'il fallait pour chaque plat. Bravo.

restaurant avec une décoration originale , le service est rapide , la cuisine est bonne , le dessert autour de la fraise était excellent .
