We shared a family lunch this Thursday, January 1st, 2026. The menu was perfect, and the service was very responsive and professional. We left delighted.

A very nice place, the food was very good (just a bit too much mashed potato in the escargot starter, followed by a veal dish with vegetables and a lot of mashed potato), so we didn't have dessert. On Christmas market day, it was the only restaurant in Plombières. And kudos to the waiter who did a great job; he was alone for almost the entire service.

Excellent Christmas meal:
A warm atmosphere, very pleasant and attentive servers, a refined meal with exquisite flavors. All in a very original setting: the interior of Le Wagon is beautiful.
Plus, a €5 casino voucher—that's fun!

The decor is beautiful and very welcoming, and the servers are excellent and very responsive. Regarding the food, we were disappointed by the frozen fries instead of homemade ones, which slightly detracted from the overall experience, but the burger was incredible. We also weren't expecting something so unpleasant to eat.
But overall, I recommend it; you'll have a great time, especially with the casino right next door.

A fantastic place.
The atmosphere is wonderful and you feel like you're back in the old days and almost expect the food truck to start moving...
The food is a dream, the service is fantastic and it doesn't cost "the tip of a jet fighter". 😊
Definitely a restaurant to visit if you're in the area.

If you pass through Plombières, you can have a good time at this address in the original, cozy room, where the varied traditional dishes are not bad. The fries are top notch, they were perfect!!!
