Delicious food for all tastes (I'm vegetarian), the atmosphere is very nice and the owners are lovely!

Spectacular. Good food, excellent wine (I drank the amazing white "Côtes du Rhone Magie d'une Terre"), but, above all, two attentive and very friendly owners who know how to make you feel at ease.

My husband and I went to the Catacombs nearby and La Welcome was recommended for the hospitality, the cuisine and the vibe. The owners are wonderful people who are hands on and VERY MUCH CARE ABOUT THE QUALITY of their food! We had reservations but arrived early and were warmly received. We sat outside and had delicious cahprinias to start. We shared escargot with excellent bread(is there any other kind in Paris?) and then shared pork skewers with a delicious gravy and fried poratoes tgat were so light and greaseless that my husband, who does not really LIKE potatoes, finished the lot. Accompanied with a beautiful fresh salad. I had the beef rump stir fry with eggplant zucchini peppers in a lightly sweet, savory sauceand excellent noodles that were perfectly cooked. Our host recommended a red wine, Chevalier d'Anthelme cotes du rhone. Now, I like wine but am not a connaiseur by any means. This was a beautiful bottle we both enjoyed. We shared a molten chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream and tart tatin also with ice cream, both made in house. We are in heaven! Don't sleep in this beautiful neighborhood bistro away from the maddening crowds!

A charming little French restaurant with simple but good cuisine, a wide selection of dishes, and polite and attentive service. Located on a quiet side street away from the hustle and bustle.
