14/04/2026: Passing through Amiens, I relied on Google reviews and I wasn't disappointed. The restaurant doesn't look like much from the outside. But the food is homemade and inexpensive. The service is quick and the welcome is friendly. If you're looking for a brasserie where you can eat well without breaking the bank, this is the perfect place.
09/04/2026: Perfect! The food was delicious (we had the daily special: leg of lamb) and the welcome was friendly 😉 We thoroughly enjoyed it! We'll be back! 😋

The staff wasn't very professional.
However, everything was excellent, from the Normandy oysters to the crêpes Suzette and the seafood sauerkraut—it was a real treat.

The warmth of the wood, the napkins and white cotton tablecloths, a superb menu and cuisine, a responsive and always smiling staff. And Bruno, the maestro... always smiling and highly professional.

As usual, we were not disappointed by the quality of the food.
09/05/2026: We stopped by this evening for dessert, but when we arrived, a waitress informed us that it wasn't possible without ordering a main course. Very disappointed, we went to eat our dessert elsewhere, without having to order a main course!

17/05/2026: On April 24, we stayed overnight in Amiens with our son and dog on our way back from La Manche to the Netherlands. What a lovely city! Looking for pizza, we ended up at this restaurant. A bullseye. Very good Italian food, pure ingredients, and prepared with care. The arancini were delicious. Lovely service! We will definitely return to this excellent Italian restaurant.

As for the food, the fries were perfectly crispy, and the Maroilles burger was cooked exactly as requested.

A rather noisy dining room.
Starters with improbable combinations.
Side dishes with fermented wild garlic... extremely strong garlic flavor!!
You can't choose your dishes (unheard of!)
And the à la carte prices are outrageous: €42 for a tiny medallion of pollack!
20/04/2026: Very good food (a crab starter to die for!), a very pleasant and friendly host, but the room is quite noisy if it is full.

05/05/2026: Very disappointing. The welcome was incredibly rushed. I invited a group of six people and simply asked for something light for myself. The response was: "They don't make that kind of thing in the kitchen..." Absolutely no customer service. This will be the last time. Avoid at all costs.
