Excellent evening in this magnificent restaurant. The service is very pleasant. The cuisine is refined, delicate and colorful. Possibility of requesting the vegetarian version of the tasting menu in advance. We recommend this restaurant to all lovers of good cuisine!

L'eau d'Oust is an address to which I would return without hesitation if I pass near Rohan. The building which houses the restaurant is warm and nicely renovated with beautiful stone walls. The dishes are very well presented, fine and made with quality products. At €22 for a full menu, it’s very good value for money! Finally, a friendly and efficient service also given my time constraints which were taken into account upon my arrival! No bad surprises when you see the Michelin guide badge on the door, quality is present on all fronts!

06/03/2024: Great restaurant! Whether it's the takeaway pizzas which are always top notch as well as the on-site dishes! For pizza, I always take a "Big Kid", the size of the pizzas are really big, bigger than a standard plate. The quantity of food is great, neither too much nor too little. As a main course, I always take the minced steak with fries, and I ask for the sauce that usually comes with the chicken fillet without mushrooms because I love eating my fries with this delicious sauce! 🤤 The atmosphere of the restaurant is really good, a western side which is really endearing. Sonia, the waitress is always smiling and pleasant! The cook always comes by to say hello In short, it's a great restaurant where you eat well seen on the canal 😄
06/02/2024: Always pleasant to meet around the barrel table. A beautiful, effective menu, a beautiful tandem that listens and takes care without being overused. The prices are attractive, you can even treat yourself to a dessert. Lambert cool, decors like the bosses. Dont hesitate.
