The concept is great, the food is delicious, kudos to the chef, really, he almost deserves a new team. Because then… the service, well, that's another story. An immersive experience in the world of "sorry, this dish isn't available after all" (but only after you've already ordered, otherwise it's not as funny). Add to that a few oversights, back-and-forth trips to ask for the same thing several times, and you get service that keeps you busy all evening, but not in the way you'd hoped. A little tip for future customers: ask for a detailed bill and check it with a pen in hand. You never know, a dish might have slipped onto the bill by itself. Probably a system glitch… or a very profitable coincidence. In short: top-notch food, flop service. Kudos again to the chef, he's practically running the whole restaurant single-handedly.
