It's been too long since I returned to Co, because I live quite far away now, but always following the place on the networks, the desire to rediscover this very special atmosphere torments me. Co is a unique place in Paris, absolutely Parisian and totally universal, in the cosmic sense of the term. Beyond its heterogeneous cast and decor, between flea market and alternative theater, it is a warm place where you quickly feel good vibes. Here, we enjoy fusion cuisine that is a little bohemian, but sincere and rather inspired, while having the immense pleasure of tasting caviar at a reasonable price. Yes, yes, here, in the 18th, not far from the marshals and the ring road, you can spoon over precious sturgeon eggs without restraint or without melting your credit card; the owners of the CO, Isabelle and her brother, have also been caviar traders for ages, with an almost anti-globalization approach and (almost) solidarity prices. The Co is also a place of exchange and culture, particularly with its jazzy evenings, a space for work and reflection. In short, the Co is a place that you have to discover, that you will like or not, but which will not leave you indifferent. Here, it’s (still) Paris 😉
