From December 10, 2022, to April 24, 2026, I had the privilege of a wonderful experience at L’Édito in Reims. I would like to sincerely thank the two owners, the head chef, and the entire team for their trust and kindness. This period allowed me to gain invaluable experience, develop genuine skills, and create wonderful memories. Thank you for this shared journey.

Yesterday, for my aunt's birthday, we had a wonderful time at the Édito restaurant in Reims. The welcome was simply incredible, warm, and very professional from beginning to end. A huge thank you to Jessi for her kindness, attentiveness, and smile throughout the entire meal. I would also like to thank the restaurant manager for her professionalism and the quality of the experience. Everything was perfectly organized, which made the evening even more special. I highly recommend this establishment, and we will definitely be back!

25/02/2026: Guillaume and Sybille gave us a fantastic welcome. The food was excellent, with very generous portions of homemade dishes! I highly recommend it! See you soon.
25/02/2026: A lovely little restaurant. The service is very professional, the food is delicious, and the small menu is a testament to the freshness of the ingredients. The chef occasionally comes out of the kitchen to check if everything is alright. I highly recommend it. The set menus are very affordable.
