L'Embarcadère sur La Truchere

Hello, the setting is lovely and relaxing. However, the restaurant is too noisy. The perch fillets were too fatty and the dish wasn't hot enough. There was a bit too much fried food for my stomach. I won't be going back. Or perhaps just to have a coffee and enjoy the surroundings.

A wonderful time spent with the family. And the food was excellent! The children loved the breaded chicken, and we enjoyed the frog legs. However, you do need to book a few days in advance.

A perfect meal in this idyllic and peaceful setting. A boat trip after this delicious meal with the friendly Georges, known as "Jojo," who was a fount of knowledge about the Seille and Saône rivers. We discovered a rich array of flora and fauna: herons, storks, kingfishers… a real treat.

A wonderful lunch by the water with that lovely holiday feeling. We opted for the "frog" meal deal, which was perfectly satisfying, including fries and a mixed salad for €29.50. The deal also included dessert. There was a good selection with various ice cream sundaes and classic desserts. The service was impeccable; the waitresses were very friendly and efficient. A place I highly recommend for a delightful break.

Highly recommended restaurant. Very pleasant location on the banks of the Seille River. The frogs' legs are delicious. Welcoming staff. It's a shame the atmosphere under the veranda is too noisy and the service too fast. The outdoor terrace is preferable.
