Excellent discovery, thanks to food reviews. Superb service, an intimate atmosphere, local produce, customizable menu length (5/6/7 courses), excellent wine pairing and advice, one of the best restaurants of the year.

A truly wonderful discovery! We had a fantastic time at Le Braque this past Saturday evening. The welcome was warm and the service impeccable throughout the meal. A huge thank you to our server, whose sommelier expertise was evident. Her wine recommendations, sometimes from more exclusive estates, were always spot-on, original, and perfectly paired with the dishes. The menu, very vegetable-focused and herbaceous, offered a lovely freshness, ideal for the season. Each dish was perfectly seasoned, full of flavor, and served in generous portions. The desserts concluded the meal with great balance: one very refreshing, the other more comforting, yet still light. Precise, creative, and generous cuisine, brought to life by a passionate team. We loved this experience and will gladly return!

Second visit to this restaurant and second perfect experience. The dishes are beautifully presented and delicious, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the competent staff are attentive and very friendly. We will return on our next visit to Lille. We highly recommend this restaurant.

Average experience; 5-course menu chosen for a first visit; excellent amuse-bouches; good, fairly well-prepared cuisine, but the ingredients were not of high quality for the price, except for the sweetbreads; very moderate portions; desserts not up to par, not everyone can be a pastry chef…; wine prices too high, with the exception of a few selections; efficient but somewhat stiff and impersonal service; approximately 100 euros per person with 1 bottle of wine; we will not return.

Wonderful cuisine and a very good wine list. The service was very attentive without being overbearing: just the way we like it. Highly recommended.
