L'Embuscade sur Paris

I went back to L'Embuscade today with my husband, who isn't (yet!) vegan, because we loved it last time, and we adored it again. And, SURPRISE, Chef Phoebe Amalia Dunn was there—welcoming, smiling, and wonderful! I admire her for her creativity, her values, and her humanity. Going vegan is easy with a restaurant like this! Plus, the prices are very reasonable: €25 each for a shared starter, a delicious plantain burger, a sublime chocolate orange cream, lemonade, and beer. Thank you, Chef! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

A cozy restaurant where you're transported the moment you step inside. The atmosphere is relaxing and the service is warm. To top it all off, every dish is delicious, with expertly crafted combinations of flavors and textures. A delight from start to finish, and all at a very reasonable price. This restaurant is a gem.

An incredible place, both in terms of the food and the service. We stumbled upon it while looking for a veggie/vegan restaurant near Montmartre, and it's become our go-to spot whenever we're in Paris. The dishes are creative and original, the ingredients are fresh, and the value for money is unbeatable. Rum lovers won't be disappointed either; the ti' punch is excellent. Thank you both! 😊

A great atmosphere in this little restaurant, which lives up to its promise from the outside: African cuisine that is ethical, thoughtful, meat-free, flavorful, and diverse, served in a relaxed atmosphere where everyone comes as they are. The prices are very reasonable. I'm just a tourist here, which is a shame; I would have come back regularly.

A wonderful discovery! A place with a warm welcome, exotic decor, attentive service, and incredibly delicious food. The doughnuts might have been a little too chocolatey for those with a sweet tooth, and the music was a bit loud in the dining area before the bar. DJ set from 11 pm.
