Cantal 15 is reasonably priced, but the experience falls short. The steak was low quality, and the service was surprisingly slow, despite the restaurant being nearly empty.

Restaurant found a bit at random and it was a very good surprise. Very tender piece of beef with excellent truffade, cooked well done, good dessert. I will come back

I have been coming to this brasserie for a long time and I know the owners very well. The staff are great, they always have a smile and that bit of madness that suits them so well.😉. Always friendly welcome and the food is very good, more than fair value for money, everything is very good, Auvergne specialties Truffade and aligot etc. excellent.. The kitchen being open you can see the chef you see cooking and it is clear that it is neither reheated nor frozen 🙂... Crazy atmosphere especially in the evening The big semicolon is not far away so you can see some very nice people there. In short, I can only recommend the Cantal 15 with my eyes closed.
