For almost a year I have been going to this bakery; first out of obligation and more and more out of pleasure. The office is small and does not look like much. Yet the bread! Finally bread! You can still eat it 2 days later. It retains its good taste and still its flexibility. Let's move on to the pastries. There is choice and taste. We also find the niçoise wheat tourta, both salty and sweet. Even a sandwich is worth a detour. All this is becoming rare in Nice.
