Good bakery. I particularly appreciate the traditional baguette, which I've been loyal to for years. While reading some reviews, I was shocked and saddened by comments referring to a saleswoman as "older." These remarks seem unfair, inappropriate, and discriminatory. On the contrary, this saleswoman is a real asset to the establishment: always smiling, warm, and kind, she takes the time to chat, acknowledge customers, and create a genuine human connection, which is increasingly rare and very much appreciated these days. While the other saleswomen's welcome is adequate, it's colder, impersonal, and doesn't make me want to return. The difference in interaction is noticeable, and I personally prefer to shop when this saleswoman is there. I therefore wanted to highlight her professionalism and kindness. She's excellent and truly contributes to the positive image of this establishment.
