Leriche de Saveurs sur Toulouse

Reservation made for my birthday on 04/04/2024. I was warmly welcomed by Adjani who introduced me and explained the concept of the house. Melvin was adorable, personable and very helpful. Jerica has this freshness and warmth of the islands which easily puts you at ease. For 3 hours I went on an extraordinary journey, discovering and rediscovering forgotten flavors such as the expertly cooked conch that melts in the mouth. I appreciated the setting, the details, the music, the soothing atmosphere and the view of the chef's kitchen. Special mention for the chef's surprise which has its place on the menu! I couldn't have chosen better to celebrate my birthday in this exceptional and refined setting. I can't wait to come back to discover the menu for the month of May and that of the brunch for which I signed up on the waiting list. A team that listens and is interested. Good dishes with good Caribbean flavors. At brunch, one of the best communion chocolates I have ever had. Excellent.
