Les 2 Moulins sur Deville-Les-Rouen

We had a very good meal; the food is homemade and all for a very reasonable price. The owner is very friendly and pleasant. In short, I highly recommend it 😊

Good value for money on the menu and drinks included. The owner is a fun, eccentric guy, a great entertainer, and really sets the mood for the evening. The waitresses are very smiley, sweet, pleasant, and very friendly. As for the positives... The only slight downside is that there's only one restroom for the entire restaurant.

Great atmosphere, delicious food, we had a wonderful evening. The owner really sets the mood, the service was impeccable, the waitresses were pleasant and smiling. We'll definitely be back.

A huge thank you to the entire team at Les Deux Moulins for contributing to the success of my retirement party. Everything was perfect: the meal, the organization, and the service provided by the owner. We had a wonderful evening, and I highly recommend this establishment for any event. Thank you again to the entire team at Les Deux Moulins.

My daughter celebrated a friend's birthday there and really enjoyed it!

Excellent restaurant where we celebrated my daughter's 20th birthday. I highly recommend this restaurant; the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was fantastic with karaoke and dancing. The manager is very friendly and accommodating.
