Arles, an unmissable historic city, the Van Gogh space is a relaxing place where you can sit under the arcades to eat an ice cream or just drink a coffee while enjoying the peace and quiet of the central garden. A shop dedicated to Van Gogh is present on the site. You can enjoy the streets steeped in history with buildings that have preserved traces of the past. Ideally plan to arrive in the morning to enjoy the coolness of the streets, have lunch in the alleys or at the Van Gogh space. Have a nice walk.

Magnificent place, very vegetal interior courtyard, small pond, privileged place full of students, something to eat, lively place. 2 exhibition levels as part of photo exhibitions. A revitalizing haven of peace. Go there quickly.

Historic place of Arles, where every summer there are exhibitions...easy to access...

It is a cultural center dedicated to the life and work of the famous painter Vincent van Gogh, who lived in this city between 1888 and 1889. This place is located in what was the old Arles hospital, where Van Gogh was treated after the famous episode in which part of his ear was mutilated, the building, of Provençal architecture, is surrounded by a beautiful garden that has been restored to resemble the one Van Gogh painted in his work "The Hospital Garden in Arles." Currently, the Van Gogh Space hosts temporary art exhibitions, workshops, and cultural events that celebrate both the painter's life and contemporary art.
