It's worth a visit, but if you skip it, you're not really missing anything... It's packed with tourists and souvenirs, well, there is one positive thing: there are obvious toilets.

Entry to the garden is free. You can take photos in the garden. It's flowery and beautiful. There's a souvenir shop and a café in the garden.

The asylum, the setting for Van Gogh's work, looked exactly like the painting. It was also used as a hotel long ago, and though small, it had a beautiful garden.

08/04/2026: A truly excellent restaurant, with great quality, generous portions, and a friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend it; very good value for money. Don't miss it!
06/04/2026: We dined at this restaurant two nights in a row. Overall, the experience was pleasant, with refined cuisine and high-quality ingredients. The service was friendly, if a bit slow, especially as the evening progressed. We tried the bull fillet and the gardiane de taureau: well-cooked dishes, but from a personal taste perspective, we weren't entirely convinced. On the other hand, we enjoyed the fish soup, the mussels au gratin, and the île flottante, which we highly recommend. The prices seemed a bit high compared to the overall experience, but it's still a good place. I would return.
