A menu with lots of meat, and beer brewed on-site, which is very original. The waitress is very energetic and friendly. The burger I chose was quite good.

We ate quite well, but the waiter didn't really seem to want to be there...

I recently had lunch at Les Trois Brasseurs in Labège, and it was a wonderful experience. The welcome was warm, the service efficient, with a smiling team who knew their craft and kept up the pace even during peak hours. You can feel their dedication to doing things well, which makes all the difference. The dishes were generous, beautifully presented, and truly delicious. Special mention goes to the quality of the ingredients and the expert cooking: it's exactly what you expect from a brasserie that prides itself on its expertise. The atmosphere is friendly and lively without being noisy, with that warm, welcoming feel typical of Les Trois Brasseurs that makes you want to come back. A successful lunch, served with professionalism and good cheer. A reliable address in Labège for a great meal and a pleasant time.

The atmosphere is fantastic, the waiter Nicolas is respectful and attentive, the service is quick and impeccable, and the food is superb (poutine, tiramisu…) not to mention the beers brewed on site! I highly recommend it.

Elisa gave us a fantastic welcome, the beer was great, Elena and Flavie were very pleasant, the service was top-notch and fast, and the flammekueche were amazing. I highly recommend it.

Excellent welcome, great rock music (don't change a thing!), Superb service from Alexandre, welcoming and smiling. And kudos to the food; the royal sauerkraut and the Welsh sausage were very good and generous portions.

Always friendly, great atmosphere, and a nice touch from the waitress who had a great time chatting with us. Proof that when you treat someone with respect, they reciprocate. PS: The capital of Switzerland is Bern 😉
