The restaurant Les 3 Dynasties in Toulouse is a wonderful discovery. I particularly enjoyed the Peking duck, which was perfectly crispy and flavorful. The traditional decor creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. A big thank you to Mei, the waitress, for her friendly welcome and helpful recommendations. The service is quick and attentive, even when it's busy. I highly recommend this restaurant for enjoying authentic and generous Chinese cuisine.

Another excellent time at this restaurant with my sweetheart. Everything is truly delicious. The only downside is that if you want flambéed doughnuts for dessert, you have to eat early, as the person responsible for preparing them finishes at 1:30 pm, as we were told several times. It's surprising... Apart from the doughnut issue, everything is fresh, high-quality, and absolutely delicious. In short, a very, very good restaurant.

For my part, I chose the tasting menu! For starters, I had a Thai beef salad with spring rolls. It was delicious, definitely designed for those with a big appetite. If you're not used to eating large portions, I wouldn't recommend it, as it can be quite filling right from the start. I then had the beef lok lak. I was a little disappointed; in my opinion, it lacked a bit of flavor. I had it with fried rice. Finally, for dessert, I enjoyed a caramel banana and vanilla ice cream. It was delicious. However, I'm still somewhat ambivalent about the overall experience and will try it again to give a final opinion.

After several visits over many years, this restaurant is consistently very good. BUT, contrary to my experience at most other restaurants, I would strongly advise against choosing the fixed menu: the quality and quantity of items on the 'à la carte' menu are much better value, albeit a little more expensive.
