Good value for money and good reception

We arrived late and they had almost nothing. They didn't explain to us that we could have a starter, and there was practically nothing. What they served us was delicious, especially the lemon tart.

Our GPS sent us on some very strange and small roads today. That would have been fine, but TomTom wasn't up to date on road closures and "deviations". Of course, it is always a good idea to add 25-30 percent to your ETA in Europe. The plus side, if you keep your composure, is that you stop in some intriguing places not on your radar. Beaumont de Lomagne proved to be a pleasant town, one we would revisit. This busy local was warm and welcoming. Our duck and potatoes were quite pleasing. We sat at the wrong outdoor table, belonging to the next door Sports Cafe. Both owners let us continue to sit there and served us.Now that is good neighborliness!
