Nos deux plats taureau et magret furent très correct, mais le service etait assez déplorable ... 40 minutes pour avoir un plat ! Desserts vite faits, sans intérêt, par les deux personnes débordées qui servent les clients entre temps...le serveur parle peu et semble plus intéressé par ses sms

De passage à Nîmes nous avons découverts ce restaurant par hasard, en regardant la carte mais aussi les assiettes des clients déjà installés. Vraiment une bonne surprise : accueil parfait, cuisine soigné... Nous avons apprécié la gentillesse des deux personnes au service. Nous avons mangé de la lotte à un prix plus que raisonnable. Nous recommandons ce restaurant situé entre les arènes et la maison carrée.

19/09/2024: I stopped by this evening, my order took a while to be ready even though the room didn't seem crowded. While I was waiting, several customers came to claim their order on site that they had been waiting for a while, there was a mistake with one of them and the manager started to huff and sulk. She ended up going into the kitchen, shouting a superb flowery vocabulary. The room was silent, the employees were suffering. It is NOT okay to manage employees this way, whether they are competent or not. I don't know how far back the Google reviews go but I hope it doesn't fall on deaf ears. I also made a complaint directly on the site, I received a coupon?? I don't want a free menu, I want serious measures to be taken. This is actually the same manager that I saw a few months ago almost fighting with her partner/ex on the floor in the middle of service, and that I had to warn the employees of what was happening. was passing. Besides, she went out to smoke a joint right after. This woman is not made to manage people, I sincerely pity the employees under her command and I wish them either enormous courage or to change jobs.
