We ate very well, it was very good, the service was very friendly, plus there was a nice fireplace. We ate a roasted camembert, a chicken supreme with honey and rosemary sauce and then for dessert a succulent rice pudding with salted butter caramel, really great. Thank you!

The fish was very good and well portioned. We had a lovely meal and great service . Only only downside is a bit loud as an older stone building.

Very nice restaurant and very good service. We had dinner in the evening then came back for breakfast. The atmosphere was great in both cases :) a big thank you for your welcome and your kindness. the little stories of life in the city were interesting and piqued our curiosity. We will gladly come back.

Encore un très bon moment à l'ardoisiere nous nous sommes tous régalés pizza extra, entrecôte très tendre frite maison et délicieux sauté de veau, un personnel très sympathique n'hésitez surtout pas 2ème fois pour nous et c'est sur de passage à rochefort nous reviendrons.

23/03/2024: €14.40 for the two double Ricards is slightly excessive in my opinion!
26/02/2024: 9 years after the first time, we decided to come back and spend a night in the Napoleon room. Always so pleasant, we loved the decor of the establishment in the heart of Rochefort. We had dinner in the evening and enjoyed ourselves at a very fair price, there is something for all budgets.
