Absolutely delicious! I chose the octopus in criolla sauce, and it was truly excellent and flavorful. The gourmet coffee for dessert was also very good. The service was very attentive and pleasant, not at all stuffy. The only downside to the meal was a group of several tables near us, which made it difficult to chat amongst ourselves. So if you make a reservation, ask if there are any groups seated.

From Le Manhattan in Grenade to Les Boissières in Bioule, it's always such a pleasure to see you again... For you, a new challenge, which we wish you every success in. As for the hotel, nothing negative to say. Nor for the restaurant. Don't change a thing, don't pay too much attention to the grumblers and critics. This hotel and restaurant offers an exceptionally friendly, family atmosphere. You'll be welcomed with kindness, attentiveness, and respect. The rooms are comfortable and quiet, and the hotel is situated in the middle of a one-hectare park. The cuisine is simple yet sophisticated and carefully prepared, and the breakfast is generous. Go there, and your experience will confirm what I've written. 😉
