Les Canailles sur La Garde

This evening I had the pleasure of dining at Les Canailles restaurant and I am delighted to share my experience. The quality of service in the restaurant is simply exceptional. The server and his chef were attentive and professional, which greatly contributed to making our meal more enjoyable. The originality of the restaurant's menu was a real culinary discovery. Each dish was a real journey. It was a real treat for the taste buds. The respect for the products at the Les Canailles restaurant is admirable. This was a testament to the restaurant’s commitment to authentic and responsible cuisine. I would also like to express a special thank you for the Hinano beer offered as a souvenir. This personalized attention added a special touch to our experience and reinforced our satisfaction. In short, the Les Canailles restaurant is a true gastronomic gem which combines quality of service, originality of the menu and respect for the products. I highly recommend this establishment to all lovers of good cuisine.

This is our fourth visit to this little restaurant that you have to pick up because it is not obvious at first glance and we see for the 4th time that it is always excellent 👌 A Bruchetta garnished as desired on a huge, tender and delicious toasted slice of bread 🤤 for my wife! For me, the tuna skewer was subtly seared just to the point when half cooked, perfectly seasoned with a discreet virgin sauce but just what is needed for a perfect pairing! The homemade fries were delicious and the crème brûlée with flambéed bananas ended this meal on a West Indian note that transported us... to the Zantilles (with a little rum offered by the house😜) The boss is also friendly and attentive, I recommend 200%🤤😜 Obviously never disappointed 👍.
