05/10/2026: The concept of a blind tasting menu is appealing: you taste more attentively, trying to identify the ingredients. The dishes were generally good, although some were quite heavily seasoned and the same mussel sauce appeared twice. The main disappointment was the wine list. It's already rather limited, and even more surprisingly, many selections were unavailable. For example, among the white Bordeaux wines, there was only one option left. This is astonishing, especially at the end of the week, for a restaurant whose wine list (on social media) has a certain reputation. Lacking Bordeaux or other French white wines, we tasted several sakes. Unfortunately, these aren't listed individually on the menu, with their names and a choice of bottles: only a tasting is offered. The sakes served all seemed quite high in residual sugar and too sweet for our taste. A huge thank you to the young waiter, who was single-handedly responsible for all the tables and never stopped for a second. He provided excellent service with great energy and efficiency. One last small point: the music selection could also use a little more attention.
