My husband and I enjoyed a delicious dinner last night; beautifully presented entrees of lamb sweetbreads and a scallop and crevettes veloute, followed by a confit beef; so moreish and full of flavour. Lovely Pellehaut local wines too. We learnt from the chef that the menu changes every week and wines are chosen to match the dishes. We are so lucky to have this gem of a restaurant so close by.
Have returned to Les Chevaliers de Malte once again and continue to be amazed at the exceptional dishes presented to us by Laurent ( the Chef) and the warm welcome from Katy.
