10/08/2026: Stop in Agen. Perfect welcome and delicious crepes. We were able to bring our dog. Despite his barking, the staff remained understanding and very kind. We recommend the buckwheat Ty Mat'lot and the salted caramel crepe for dessert. We will gladly return. Thank you!

28/06/2026: Arrived at this bar/crêperie on a 40° day and was welcomed by lovely owners with a cold drink and ice cream. I can see why they have been there for so many years!

20/06/2026: The owners are absolutely charming and the welcome is very warm! Opt for ice cream rather than crepes in this heat, and don't hesitate to strike up a conversation over a small glass of cider!

07/06/2026: Very disappointed. I hadn't been back for years. The galette was oily, not hot at all; nothing was hot. The fries tasted like reheated food and were covered in paprika, even though we didn't ask for it. We wanted good, natural, hot fries, and we didn't eat them. I don't like paprika. We didn't understand why they added spices to our fries without asking us. Really very disappointed. It's a shame; we used to love their kebab. It's changed a lot.

20/07/2026: Superb experience! The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The dishes were extremely good and very original. I had a wonderful time, thank you! The price of the tasting menu is reasonable considering the number of courses served.

19/07/2026: Deliciously inventive cuisine, attentive yet unobtrusive service, a charmingly rustic terrace... everything was perfectly in its place, and the dishes served, from the amuse-bouches to the petits fours, were a feast for the eyes and the palate! A huge congratulations to the chef and his wife for their consistent excellence, as this establishment, we were told, has been around for 25 years. We will return to the Gers region, and we will certainly return to the Auberge du Prieuré. Gaël & Antony

19/07/2026: I have rarely met (and I've been to many restaurants from north to south and east to west) such friendly people. As for the food, it's freshly prepared to order, nothing like those noisy canteens where dishes sit around reheating for hours. Update to my review July 2026: The terrace is fantastic, with fans and misters—a wonderful surprise during this heatwave. It's a truly lovely place. I highly recommend it.

28/06/2026: A huge congratulations! After being turned away from several restaurants in Nérac that were far from full, what a relief to stumble upon this place! We were a group of eight, arrived at 1:30 pm, and were greeted with exceptional kindness. The owner managed both the dining room and the kitchen single-handedly, and everything was perfectly organized. The cuisine is refined, and the prices are very reasonable. Finally, a restaurateur who truly deserves recognition for his professionalism and hospitality. I highly recommend it!

12/07/2026: A very pleasant restaurant located right next to a free covered parking lot. The set menu (starter, main course, dessert) at €16.50 is perfect—a rare find these days. Salmon tartare, mussels marinière with fries and ice cream, all beautifully presented. Specializing in fish and shellfish, the menu is very tempting. The servers are attentive and take good care of the customers. A great find in Villeneuve-sur-Lot.

A wonderful discovery that I'll definitely return to.
