We ate at Les Chevaliers restaurant in Viviers just this afternoon. The staff were very welcoming and the food was delicious. Passing through Viviers, it was a great experience. I highly recommend it.

The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Service was handled by just two people, and the terrace was completely full, so the wait times for food and the check were a little longer. That said, it was worth the experience — you can feel the authentic, unhurried pace of French village dining.
