We ate at the Chevaliers restaurant in Viviers just this afternoon. The staff was very friendly and the food delicious. While passing through Viviers, it was a success. I highly recommend it.

Great location in the middle of the town, quite and peacefull. The host is really nice, open for a little chat and the food is really good. He works with local products and you taste it. We took the lunch.

A real treat: rib-eye steak with sautéed potatoes and mushrooms. The taste of mushrooms! Then peach compote with apricot sorbet, pure bliss. Very happy.

The town of Viviers itself is an absolute insider tip. The highlight is dinner at Le Chevalier. A very original menu. Local organic products. Very friendly service. Absolutely delicious!

01/09/2024: Pleasant break on the holiday route. Nice surprise when we discovered the magnificent terrace at the back of the restaurant, a very warm and friendly atmosphere. Special mention for the prime rib and top waitresses. I recommend.
25/08/2024: Warm welcome, early 19th century facade, brasserie catering in the summer season and Lyonnais corkage in winter. Excellent family cooking. Village to visit especially the upper town. A good stay.
