I love the Grand Hotel and we always receive excellent service. We've been going to the bar with friends in the afternoons and evenings for a long time. There was some misrepresentation in my last bills.

Excellent and comfortable stay in a spacious superior room with a sea view. The bedding was superb, the bathroom modern with double sinks offered peace and quiet. A sumptuous breakfast was served in the beautiful dining room of the gourmet restaurant, Le Balbec. The breakfast was very generous, varied, and catered for all tastes, with sweet and savory options featuring high-quality products. The service was professional and impeccable at every level. The staff were very warm, friendly, polite, competent, efficient, and attentive to their guests' needs.

The French-style decor is exquisite and refined, with elegant lighting. The beach is within walking distance, and the restaurant boasts a beautiful ocean view. Dinner was delicious and highly recommended! Appetizer: Quinoa salad with seasonal vegetables, seasoned with olive oil and lemon—refreshing. Main Course 1: Slow-cooked monkfish fillets with cauliflower; the vegetables were perfectly cooked, neither too soft nor too hard. Main Course 2: Veal fillet with carrots and mushrooms. Dessert: Madeleines with chocolate sauce—the best madeleines I've ever had, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. For breakfast, I highly recommend the egg salad! The egg white chunks with scallions and tomatoes seem simple and common, but they are truly delicious.

A warm and attentive welcome. Friendly, caring staff who met all our expectations. Comfortable and impeccably clean room. Very satisfying breakfast in both quality and quantity. Enjoyable dinner with high-quality food. In short, a stay we will remember fondly and look forward to returning.

Superb stay Unforgettable experience

This is my fifth stay at the Grand Hôtel de Cabourg, and the pleasure remains the same with each visit. The room with a sea view is simply magical. The staff are remarkably kind and professional, always attentive, available, and caring from the beginning to the end of my stay. The breakfast is excellent. The location is ideal, just steps from the beach and very close to the town center, making it easy to get around on foot. An elegant, welcoming hotel that consistently delivers excellence. It's no coincidence that I keep coming back.

A sumptuous establishment, comfortable room but a slightly small bathroom, excellent service and breakfast.

The 5-star rating and price would lead one to expect much better service: the bathroom was outdated and clearly not used regularly, judging by the difficult water connection upon our arrival; the furniture was damaged; and the cleaning also needed to be more thorough (dust on the TV, etc.). My parking reservation request by email went unanswered until I followed up the day before my arrival. A fire alarm went off, there was no evacuation, and no explanation was offered by the staff, even though everyone was in the lobby. I only received an apology by text message after the incident. Overall, I am disappointed with my stay at this establishment.

Superb hotel, spacious room. But right at breakfast time, they brought us the bill to sign. I don't see the point; we hadn't even started our coffee. Try doing that at the end of breakfast; we're not leaving without paying.

A true classic, always enchanting!
