08/05/2024: Auberge Le Moustier is just across the Pont du Moustier bridge on the fine & ancient Vezere River, a beautiful drive from Les Eyzies and just down river from Saint-Léon-sur-Vézère. Small but not too small, traditional French but modern, it is a charming place with a warm fire on rainy days. The food is creative, very fresh, very local sourced, with vegetarian options. The owners run it and chef in personal and friendly way. Menu changes weekly and can't wait to go back. Perfect for couples.
