Les Deux Chamois sur Les Orres

A very good family ski resort, the only downside is its size; you quickly get bored if you ski a lot, it feels very limited, and in mid-season many slopes are closed due to lack of snow or avalanches.

First summer stay. We were able to enjoy the meadows, the forest, and the last patches of snow. Peace and quiet, birdsong far from the hustle and bustle of the city.

We visited the Les Orres 1650 ski resort over Easter, about a week before the end of the season – and we were absolutely thrilled! 😍 The resort is incredibly family-friendly and truly offers something for everyone: whether you're a child, a beginner, an advanced skier, a freerider, or a ski tourer – there's something for everyone. The slopes are superbly designed and groomed to perfection every morning – it couldn't be better! We were particularly impressed by the consistently friendly and helpful lift staff. The entire infrastructure is excellent; everything is modern, well-organized, and easily accessible. The restaurants and other dining options leave nothing to be desired. A real highlight are the breathtaking views and the panoramic vistas – simply unforgettable in good weather! ☀️🏔️ For us, everything was perfect: fantastic snow conditions, flawless organization, and excellent value for money. The lift tickets are very affordable compared to many other ski resorts. The lift tickets are truly affordable. Conclusion: A thoroughly successful ski resort that we would recommend without hesitation – we will definitely be back.

We loved our February holiday for the many activities, the wooded grounds, the half-track trails through the trees, the superbly maintained roads, and ESPECIALLY for the friendly shopkeepers!

Absolutely fantastic, a great family resort

A very nice resort with great activities and shops that are responsive to requests. Slopes for all levels.

My favorite ski resort. The resort isn't too small or too big, and frankly, the value for money is excellent. It's worth it. There's a panoramic view of Lake Serre-Ponçon and Embrun. The resort is next to Embrun, which means there are just as many activities in the summer. I loved this area.
