The restaurant is housed in a beautiful building with stunning woodwork.
The staff is very friendly, smiling, and offers excellent advice.
The food is exquisite; each bite is a renewed pleasure, thanks in particular to the sommelier's excellent wine pairing recommendations.

First time... a wonderful discovery in a magnificent setting.
The staff and owners were very welcoming and approachable. They gave excellent advice on food pairings. The cheese and dessert trolleys were beautiful and delicious, and the explanations about their origins were very helpful.
We will gladly return.

A return after several years, and what a return it was!
Everything was perfect, from the welcome to the cuisine.
Special mention to the sommelier who perfectly suggested the wine to accompany my pike-perch tournedos with morels. A truly excellent experience showcasing our gastronomy.

The food is high quality with excellent combinations of dishes. The service is attentive and friendly. We dined in a charming adjoining room with solid wood paneling. A nice touch was the cheese and dessert trolley. Reservations are recommended.

We were very satisfied with our lunch at Les Ducs de Lorraine. The service was friendly, attentive, and courteous. I must highlight the exceptional selection and quality of the cheese trolley. I chose five cheeses, all of which were excellent. My only slight complaint was that one of your staff members had shoes that made a lot of noise on your parquet floor. This was quite bothersome for my companion, who has very sensitive hearing. Perhaps something to consider. Thank you for a wonderful time nonetheless.

A beautiful old house, a lovely wooden staircase with a magnificent stained-glass window, and a warm and inviting dining room… The staff is welcoming and discreet (in the best possible way). The dishes are as beautiful as they are delicious, and the homemade dessert, the mirabelle plum soufflé, is breathtaking. You could come to Epinal just for it. A French gastronomic gem not to be missed!

This place perfectly met our expectations. We were charmed from the moment we arrived, and the enchantment continued throughout the entire experience. The cuisine and menus remained traditional, meeting the high standards we expected. Finally, the very professional staff were attentive and responsive, anticipating all our requests.
