Best pastry shop in Grenoble. Exceptionally professional service, whatever your request (traditional pastries or custom entremets). The quality is also top-notch, always excellent. Highly recommended.

Still as good as ever, but I feel like it's become more expensive and drier 😅 (a bit too sweet sometimes)

Ordered two different ice cream flavors: vanilla Nutella in a cone, and chestnut hazelnut in a tub. Honestly, the best ice cream I've ever tasted. The chestnut ice cream is pure bliss, incredibly decadent. The same goes for the Nutella. I highly recommend it; the service was quick and efficient. There was a short queue, but you won't regret it. I was disappointed to see some customers speak rudely and harshly to the cashier. I wouldn't want to be in her shoes, serving customers in 35-degree heat. I support you. ☀️🌺🌺

It's always a pleasure to stop by Les Écrins for ice cream! The macarons and other chocolate treats are already delicious, and the little scoop of vanilla ice cream for our 2-year-old son was perfect—not too sweet and full of flavor :) We sat inside in the cool shade to escape the heatwave. The service was very friendly, and they always have new products to discover, both in summer and winter. Thank you for everything, we'll be back!

Absolutely amazing tea room! The staff were so lovely and friendly, it was the best service I have had in a while. They were very attentive and made sure all your needs were met before you even knew you needed something. The mini cakes were also delicious! They had the perfect balance between flavors and textures. Their cappuccinos had a homemade feel which I think added to the experience. The prices were also very good, I was surprised how inexpensive it was. The tea room has no a/c but it was quite cool in the morning

I just discovered an absolutely wonderful pastry shop! 🤩 Their cakes are exquisitely delicate, and the staff is incredibly kind.
