This time we booked outside of the La Gacilly Photography Festival period, as it was fully booked every time we tried. We opted for the "Plaisir" menu and we were right to do so: excellent cuisine, a pleasant setting, and impeccable service. The beautiful ribeye steak was delicious, as was the lobster bisque risotto with scallops.

We received a very warm welcome and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Our waitress (working alone that evening, managing both the bar and two dining rooms) was efficient and always remained friendly throughout our interactions. The dishes were refined and quite generous. We were slightly surprised by the size of our salad, which took up three-quarters of our main course (a delicious butternut crumble). The crumble, rather small in appearance, seemed to complement the salad—not the other way around—but the salad itself was beautifully composed and very refreshing. Overall, we finished our meal satisfied and delighted by the flavors offered from appetizer to dessert. I highly recommend it and will certainly return with friends to try the nettle tart, which looked so tempting!
