We ate today at Frégates.
Excellent mussels, magnificent setting.
However, too much waiting... (3h30 on site...) chipped glass, lots of breakage in the dining room and kitchen.
However, the server was still pleasant.

Very pleasant restaurant, good panorama with sea view, even in the dining room. Excellent food, very friendly staff. At the top, I recommend 👍🏼

Been there several times for dinner in recent years. On weekends I recommend making a reservation as it is always busy.
What strikes me is that the map has changed little in recent years. The plates are always well maintained, but the menu is not innovative.

Très joli cadre en bord de mer, nous avons bien mangé. Les moules frites étaient tres bonnes et le café gourmand pas mal du tout ! Bon rapport qualité prix, service un peu long mais agréable. Je conseille.

The Frigates at Veulettes Sur Mer.
A perfect place to eat or have a drink with a view of the sea. Outdoors in summer, or indoors out of season.
No fuss, the main thing is there. It's clean, the staff is professional and friendly.
You eat well there for cheap.
For those who only want to have a drink, there is a very decent choice of drinks, beers etc.
The only downside, in my simple opinion: €6.5 for a 33cl draft, it hurts the wallet...

Passing through Veulettes-sur-Mer for its beach. I made a reservation for family dinner on Sunday evening on recommendation. I was not disappointed!
Installed on a round table facing the sea, the tables are spacious.
Very good value for money with fresh products. A country terrine and mussels and fries with cream to really die for! Quantities are generous

We had lunch on August 15th. Everything was excellent, the oysters, mussels and white wine. We were on the terrace. Wonderful sea view. Excellent service from Sonny.

I will only talk about the restaurant, very good value for money.
