Les Glycines sur Arles-Sur-Tech

A very pleasant evening in Amélie-les-Bains where we discovered the cuisine of Chef Cédric Stutz (Les Glycines in Arles-sur-Tech). From the appetizer to the dessert, we enjoyed delicately presented dishes, and our taste buds were delighted by the light and aromatic flavors! What an excellent idea to have organized this musical evening with such a delicious meal! A huge thank you again! We'll definitely be back!

With no bus available and wandering alone in Arles, I went to their place to warm up and eat. I left with only one thought in mind: to go back as soon as possible!! Incredible food, amazing staff… it’s much more than a restaurant, it’s a veritable digestive storm! Thank you again to the whole team for your welcome, your hospitality (even with my big suitcase…) and above all: don’t change a thing, you’re fantastic!!

We had lunch there on the terrace and it was very pleasant. The service was impeccable. Each dish was explained to us in detail. The combination of flavors was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed everything from the appetizer to the dessert. Afterwards, we chatted with the chef and his partner. You can feel their passion for cooking and, above all, their desire to delight our taste buds.

Superb! We stayed at the hotel and dined at the restaurant. The hotel is very pleasant, impeccably clean, and the bedding was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant; the service, the food—everything was perfect. The atmosphere is cozy and relaxing; it was a truly restful experience.

A wonderful evening in a cozy and welcoming setting with a very warm welcome. 🤗 A pure delight for the eyes and the taste buds. Each dish is a true explosion of flavors. I highly recommend this restaurant if you're ever in the upper Vallespir region.

A superb experience! Everything is there for a wonderful time: the location, the welcome, the service, and the refined, delicious food. Jennifer listened to our requests and even changed the recipe for a cocktail due to an allergy, and it was perfect! In the kitchen, Cédric masterfully combines seasonal ingredients, discovery, and flavor in succulent dishes. A special mention goes to Clément, who is learning his future profession alongside such generous and kind people. Thank you for this wonderful experience, and for all the future ones!

Everything is perfect: very cozy decor, you are surrounded by softness around you, and a cascade of flavors on the plate. Located in the center of the magnificent city of Arles-sur-Tille, you can stay here with ease thanks to private parking. And to extend your stay, you can enjoy a comfortable room. I highly recommend this place!!
