I was expecting a kind of covered market, but it's a restaurant, or rather several restaurants of all kinds: grilled food, Chinese, Asian, salads, and others I've forgotten. You choose your meal, pay, and sit outside wherever you like.

Love this spot. It's always busy and has so many options that all of your friends can get whatever they want and nobody has to argue about where to go. They have immaculate seafood, Spanish tapas, Turkish, sushi, charcuterie, wine shoppe, bar, steaks and many other things I'm sure I missed. Definitely recommend to go although you might have to wait to get a table.

A very nice place; we were looking for somewhere to eat at 10:30 pm after arriving in Marseille and we were delighted! There's a very wide selection of dishes, so everyone can find something they like!

Love coming here to sit and have a few drinks. They have a section of the patio where there is no smoking. LOVE IT. Everything is very clean and they are very good at taking away finished dishes/drinks. The varied selection of food was also great for a group. We tried the pizza, middle eastern and seafood stalls. All very good. More importantly most of the stalls were opened during the hours between the typical lunch and dinner hours.

Everyone can choose what they want to est and site together with different from different restaurants : great food court with great atmosphere.

I had imagined Grandes Halles to be something different. I didn't buy anything there, nor did I eat or drink anything.

Ideal spot for after-work drinks. A string of restaurants and bars.
