It's a very nice place to spend the night. The view is magnificent, the room is small, simple, but clean and the bedding comfortable. The welcome is authentic because it is an additional activity to the visit to the caves. Perfect for us!

Superb visit in a magnificent place! A beautiful, very interesting discovery about life in these caves. A lunch on the terrace on the edge of the estuary, just magical 🥰

Great cave museum! With the audio guide you get everything explained very well in FR EN and DE. That was easily worth the €6.50.

Great stay! We loved the welcome at the hotel, the breakfast served in the room (super nice), the magnificent view of the estuary. A few steps from your room an atypical creperie and with the sunset it quickly becomes romantic (pleasant and dynamic staff). The visit to the museum is very enriching. Lol the museum visit is free for hotel residents, it's a plus. Ps thank you to the staff of the Matata caves. See you soon Vero and jc

Super pleasant setting, smiling and attentive welcome. Room with a superb view of the estuary with a pleasant, very well exposed terrace. Excellent two night stay.

Endroit très agréable avec vue imprenable sur l'estuaire. Personnel et serveur très agréable et bienveillant. Repas parfait et qualité excellente.

L'emplacement de cette crèperie est juste fabuleux. Nous avons mangé sur la terrasse avec la mer en contre-bas et une vue magnifique sur les falaises et les carrelets . Le repas était très bon : salade basque bien garnie et crèpes st jacques excellentes. Personnel souriant . Très belle expérience, nous reviendrons.

08/09/2024: Ideal site. Quality product (turbot steak cooked to perfection) short but controlled menu. Very pleasant and professional service. To try without hesitation.
