The homemade burger comes with three side choices, including a generous and very tasty selection of vegetables. The spaghetti with its rich vegetable filling was excellent. The service and dining area were very pleasant.

I find it surprising that a hotel establishment, especially one of the Mercure standard, can no longer serve dinner after 10:30 pm in a city as touristy as Avignon, in the middle of summer, on a Friday night!

My husband and I had the pleasure of dining at the lovely Les Gustaves restaurant. The cuisine was refined. A special mention goes to the waiters on Saturday evening, June 20th; they were professional and attentive. We would like to commend them because, in addition to the chef's excellent cuisine, we enjoyed a pleasant and generous meal. We will gladly return.
