We celebrated our wedding at Domaine Les Hauts de Pardaillan on January 10, 2026, right in the middle of winter, and the experience was absolutely exceptional. From the planning stages right up to the big day, we were touched by the professionalism, kindness, and helpfulness of the entire team, who were always ready to adapt to our requests and support us with genuine care. The turnkey service was a huge plus: table preparation, setting up the decorations we had brought… everything was done with care and efficiency, allowing us to fully enjoy our day, stress-free. The food was of remarkable quality, entirely halal, and unanimously praised by our guests. A special mention goes to the spit-roasted lamb cooked in front of everyone in the restaurant's fireplace—a truly spectacular and delicious moment. Dinner was a hit with everyone, and the brunch the following day was truly excellent. The cocktail hour entertainment, especially the raclette, was also a big hit. The venue is magnificent, and despite the winter chill, it was absolutely stunning, even more so when illuminated by the outdoor fires, creating a warm and magical atmosphere. The rooms are of very high quality, comfortable, and elegant. A huge thank you to Annie, the maître d'hôtel, for her exceptional attention, and especially for making sure the bride ate during the cocktail hour—a detail that speaks volumes about the level of service. We also extend our congratulations to Hélène, the estate manager, for her remarkable management, impeccable organization, and support throughout our wedding. We also trusted the vendors recommended by the estate (DJ, photographer, babysitters): all were excellent, and above all, we didn't have to worry about a thing, which is an invaluable luxury on your wedding day. At first, I had a somewhat impersonal impression, and the price (though well-structured and presented) put me off. (Spoiler alert: it was actually very good in that respect too.) But the feeling that our wedding would be professionally managed swayed our decision. And clearly, that's exactly what it was. Hélène's level of professionalism is incredibly high. It was amazing. We thought the staff was a bit pricey, but all our guests complimented them. We were definitely happy with what we paid. Just like the food. We would have loved to stay longer; that's my only regret, haha. Honestly, it was fantastic, I highly recommend it.

Superb “turnkey” wedding venue with impeccable organization and coordination from the team, and especially from Hélène throughout the year. The venue is magnificent, very well maintained, and the team on the day, including Annie, demonstrated great professionalism and genuine kindness. The rooms are very pleasant, the reception room is spacious and welcoming, and the meal was delicious. We highly recommend this venue!

Splendid, impeccable staff and services

Simply perfect, absolutely flawless! The venue is absolutely magnificent. All the preparations beforehand were handled by Hélène with great professionalism. On the day itself, we were able to relax completely without a worry; everything was orchestrated with masterful skill! A huge thank you also to the head waitress, Annie, who was incredibly attentive, even bringing us a selection of cocktail snacks when she saw we were deep in conversation with our guests. The service was impeccable, and the delicious dinner was enjoyed by all our guests. We couldn't have dreamed of anything better!
