Exquisite Christmas menu. The dishes created for the occasion were magnificent, perfectly conceived and executed. The service matched the exceptional talent of the Chef. Thank you.

Over-the-top atmosphere, unnatural, and above all, rushed. Good food, but not up to the price. A carafe of water cost €3.50, which we discovered without warning upon checking out of the hotel. Good food, but not sensational.

A taste experience to try, our feedback with the pros and cons We ordered the six-course "tasting" menu, one of us had the classic version and the other the vegetarian one. The big plus is being able to have a gourmet menu like this in a vegetarian version! Very pleasant setting with a terrace overlooking the restaurant's garden and a beautiful view of the surrounding landscape. It's a great place for a romantic evening, except for the outdoor tables, which aren't decorated, and once night falls, you can't see much. We had to turn on the light from our smartphone to see our dishes; no solution was offered... +: Overall, the dishes are very good, made with local, mostly organic, and high-quality ingredients. Some dishes had a very balanced flavor, such as the grilled carrot, lemon, and artichoke, or the creamy parsley sauce revisited with perfectly cooked leeks. - That being said, the flavors overall were too simple and classic for the venue, and some dishes were far too salty! Others were over-proportioned; it's a shame not to strive for finesse and balance in a menu that claims to be gourmet. So, the after-meal experience was difficult... The real downside of this menu! - Moreover, although the waiter was very friendly, he only asked our opinion on one of the six dishes... And when many other waitresses were able to bring us dishes, the presentations were made in 10 seconds flat. When we repeatedly asked for clarification, we were told to look into it, but we never received an answer... Finally, regarding the wine, the sommelier seemed to offer little advice; tables that wanted to order wine only received a substantial folder. To sum up, a committed restaurant worth trying, but with many drawbacks, and an ultimately disappointing experience despite the real quality of the products and an interesting approach!
