Les Maisons de Louis sur Paimpol

We stayed there for Valentine's Day. A very warm welcome, very friendly and smiling staff. The decor was dated, but the hotel was clean and the bed comfortable. Access to the shower was a bit tricky. We had breakfast: very generous and high quality. The hotel's location is on the port, with shops, bars, and restaurants nearby.

The hotel is very well located, with beautiful, typical architecture and a warm, welcoming atmosphere thanks to its period decor – I loved it. The breakfast was generous with fresh products and excellent homemade pastries.

Excellent breakfast. Room #5 is not recommended for people with reduced mobility. It's too large; you might bump your head on the sloping ceiling. Excellent bedding.

A place steeped in history, we had the pleasure of staying in the Captain's Room. The staff were very pleasant and attentive. Even Paimpol itself is delightful, and the locals are very welcoming. A minor drawback was the breakfast; consider arriving early just in case. The bedding was very comfortable, and the view of the harbor was magnificent.

The hotel is charming, from the welcome to the decor of the rooms and hallways, which is a bit dated, but that has its own charm. I needed a bath, and it wasn't a problem to change rooms. The bedding was very comfortable, and everything was clean. There are cozy spaces, and the hotel is beautifully located on the port. I highly recommend it.

Charming hotel. Typical. Well located. The room was a bit dated but comfortable. Everything seemed fine, but... A curtain that didn't block out the light from the harbor-side square at all... A bar that plays music until 2 a.m., which is great... but only if you're part of the evening's entertainment there. A noise like a ventilation system against the wall of room 9. Well... If only the receptionist had just said a simple "sorry" or even offered us a small bottle of water... I wouldn't have written anything here. What a shame.
