Once again, a huge thank you to the chef for his excellent dishes. The octopus was as tender and delicious as ever. Today I had the goat curry, which was very tender and perfectly seasoned—a true delight. A big thank you to the owner for her warm welcome; she's always so smiling and friendly. An excellent experience at Les Mascareignes restaurant in Toulouse. I was captivated by the sausage rougail, which was flavorful and perfectly spiced. Our waiter, Julien, was warm and attentive throughout the meal. The Creole-inspired decor, with its vibrant colors, evokes a sense of travel. The atmosphere is friendly and exotic. A must-visit for discovering generous and exotic flavors.
