Excellent brasserie! The dishes are fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. You can tell everything is homemade. It's a real treat every time. The chocolate mousse with fleur de sel candied almonds was superb. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Quick service at lunchtime. A fantastic place to recommend without hesitation.

We had lunch as a team (5 people) today. The dishes and desserts (the profiteroles!!) were delicious, the restaurant is very pleasant, and above all, the staff is welcoming, friendly, and professional. Thank you again for your hospitality.

We went to Brasserie Les Officiers for a breakfast. We ordered the complete breakfast set menu. The kitchen brought out plenty of food. Everything tasted fresh and hit the spot. The coffee was hot and strong. The waiters worked fast and got the order right. We left full and very satisfied. It is a solid place to start the day.

Great breakfast experience for the four of us at Brasserie Les Officiers in Vincennes!
The breakfast formula offers exceptionally generous portions and great value. We were served hot coffee, freshly squeezed juice, fresh bread with butter and jams, plus a delicious yogurt bowl topped with oats and fresh fruit. To finish, they served eggs prepared any style you prefer—we opted for three perfectly cooked fried eggs.
The service was fast, attentive, and very welcoming. A wonderful, authentic Parisian brasserie vibe right in town.
Highly recommended if you are looking for a hearty morning meal!

A huge thank you to Simon, who was lovely, attentive, and truly professional. We had a fantastic time: the restaurant is excellent, the atmosphere is great, and the decor is simply incredible. A wonderful place in Vincennes, I highly recommend it!

The food is very good and the portions are generous. It's good value for money. The atmosphere was rather quiet, perhaps due to the bad weather, but this allowed for peaceful conversation. The place is very elegant and pleasant.

We liked the slightly more relaxed atmosphere it used to have, but the decor has been tastefully updated, and the restaurant's new concept is very appealing. The menu is lovely, and the dishes are well-prepared.
The staff is always excellent in terms of service.
One suggestion: offer one or two other burger recipes in more classic and fresher versions.
