The food is extremely freshly prepared, the noodles are made in front of you and the length is never ending. I always have to bite them off or separate them. The quality is from my point of view. There is an excellent selection, especially the dishes with eggplant. Wonderful service is quick and the waitress is also very quick and the food comes to the table within a few minutes. They don't take credit cards, only cash.

Fast and efficient service. Very good advice. The tempura shrimp starter is a pure delight. The pasta is very good. Reasonable price for the neighborhood.

Delicious hand pulled noodles. I stopped by just because it was close to where I was staying, but I was very positively surprised! Definitely one of my favorite meals in Paris. Will definitely have again when I return.

Once again my choice to taste the crispy duck which I appreciate because it is not too fatty the fine pasta all without sauce but very good the staff and very pleasant and welcoming.

We appreciate the ultra-fast service and the hyper efficiency of the waiters/waitresses (less than 5 minutes to be served). The place is not particularly beautiful but is ultra-dense in terms of tables. The noodles are good, the dish is hearty and nourishing. To do when you are very hungry and remember to come early because otherwise you often have to wait outside.

Quality noodles! And nice portions 👌 But I don't recommend the broths (which don't stand out, it's better to go to the Saint-Anne district for that). 💡 You can see the creation of the noodles on site!

17/12/2024: I find this McDonald's to be average. It is located just outside the Diderot metro station and is well located. The staff is friendly, however the hamburgers are frequently dry and the fries and potatoes are often cold. And order errors are common.
