The food is extremely freshly prepared, the noodles are made in front of you and the length is never ending. I always have to bite them off or separate them. The quality is from my point of view. There is an excellent selection, especially the dishes with eggplant. Wonderful service is quick and the waitress is also very quick and the food comes to the table within a few minutes. They don't take credit cards, only cash.

Fast and efficient service. Very good advice. The tempura shrimp starter is a pure delight. The pasta is very good. Reasonable price for the neighborhood.

Delicious hand pulled noodles. I stopped by just because it was close to where I was staying, but I was very positively surprised! Definitely one of my favorite meals in Paris. Will definitely have again when I return.

Once again my choice to taste the crispy duck which I appreciate because it is not too fatty the fine pasta all without sauce but very good the staff and very pleasant and welcoming.

We appreciate the ultra-fast service and the hyper efficiency of the waiters/waitresses (less than 5 minutes to be served). The place is not particularly beautiful but is ultra-dense in terms of tables. The noodles are good, the dish is hearty and nourishing. To do when you are very hungry and remember to come early because otherwise you often have to wait outside.

Quality noodles! And nice portions 👌 But I don't recommend the broths (which don't stand out, it's better to go to the Saint-Anne district for that). 💡 You can see the creation of the noodles on site!

23/08/2024: Pad Thai with prawns was amazing, we even order it for a second time to share, even the couple behind us order it twice too. Honestly, you cannot miss the pad thai.
14/08/2024: Extraordinary food. We came across this place by chance. We were starving and wanted something good but not too expensive. The beef with basil was simply amazing. The service was really friendly and helped us order. The best unplanned dinner we had in Paris.

20/06/2024: L'ambiance "concombre cru" rivalise avec la qualité indiscutable des mets. Tout est frais, préparé quasiment devant vous et avec un talent qui ne sent ni le réchauffé, ni Métro. L'hygiène peut être améliorée, certes, comme partout à Paris, mais le côté sino-rustique du lieu a son charme et cela donne un côté authentique qui n'est pas à négliger. Tout est souriant à cette adresse : personnel clients, plats. A recommander d'autant plus vivement qu'on dit partout que les pandas sont en voie de disparition !
