The food is extremely freshly prepared, the noodles are made in front of you and the length is never ending. I always have to bite them off or separate them. The quality is from my point of view. There is an excellent selection, especially the dishes with eggplant. Wonderful service is quick and the waitress is also very quick and the food comes to the table within a few minutes. They don't take credit cards, only cash.

Fast and efficient service. Very good advice. The tempura shrimp starter is a pure delight. The pasta is very good. Reasonable price for the neighborhood.

Delicious hand pulled noodles. I stopped by just because it was close to where I was staying, but I was very positively surprised! Definitely one of my favorite meals in Paris. Will definitely have again when I return.

Once again my choice to taste the crispy duck which I appreciate because it is not too fatty the fine pasta all without sauce but very good the staff and very pleasant and welcoming.

We appreciate the ultra-fast service and the hyper efficiency of the waiters/waitresses (less than 5 minutes to be served). The place is not particularly beautiful but is ultra-dense in terms of tables. The noodles are good, the dish is hearty and nourishing. To do when you are very hungry and remember to come early because otherwise you often have to wait outside.

Quality noodles! And nice portions 👌 But I don't recommend the broths (which don't stand out, it's better to go to the Saint-Anne district for that). 💡 You can see the creation of the noodles on site!

02/11/2024: Cuisine artisanale gastronomique hyper fine avec des tarifs parfaiement abordables. Une heureuse decouverte pour nous qui avons poussé la porte par hasard.
11/09/2024: We just returned from a wedding and were looking for a little place to eat. At Shan Goût we had a wonderful culinary experience with exquisite and delicate flavors. I would almost describe it as a healing kitchen and although I'm not that adventurous when it comes to food, when the owner said "I decide what you eat" (i.e. menu), I couldn't have been in better hands. Thank you very much for this experience...I also loved the Chinese tea books and all the little details inside. We will come back!

24/11/2024: Niveau cuisine, c’est bon, frais, et rapide. Tous les éléments de la carte sont bons à prendre. Je conseille vivement les raviolis poêlés qui sont beaucoup plus digestes que ceux bouillis. Niveau ambiance, bon c’est pas le top du top. On sent que c’est un restaurant qui débite mais je les comprends. Ne vous attendez par à rester assis pendant toute votre pause dej, vous arrivez, vous mangez, vous partez. 30 minutes max. En bref : à essayer pour déjeuner ou dîner sur le pouce.
