Les Premices sur Bourron-Marlotte

We've already had the pleasure of dining at Les Prémices twice. Bold cuisine, expertly cooked dishes, and local, seasonal produce, all served with the team's kindness and the chef's generosity. A lovely wine list. But our greatest joy was when the chef agreed to treat our 100 wedding guests to a chicken with morels and a cocktail reception featuring exceptional ingredients: lobster, foie gras, truffles, scallops… all served with impeccable service. A huge thank you to the entire team at Les Prémices who made our wedding dinner a resounding success and a true delight!

The staff are lovely and the food is incredible! My partner and I came to celebrate our 2nd anniversary, I mentioned it when I made the reservation, and they added a lovely little touch to our dessert – it was so sweet, thank you again! A top-notch place!

We went there for our second wedding anniversary and were disappointed by the food. The presentation was beautiful, but unfortunately, the taste didn't always live up to it. The scallops were bland, unevenly cooked—some were overcooked, others just right. I ordered the wild boar goulash, which was partly too salty and partly undercooked. For dessert, I had the crème brûlée, which was a huge disappointment. The cream on top of the sweet potato was a clash of flavors, and the dessert was too heavy. Luckily, the crumble on the side helped to make the crème brûlée more palatable. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was relaxed.

Warm welcome, perfect service, the meal was very good, but be careful with the cooking. The fish and sweetbreads were overcooked. 😩

Superb restaurant, high-quality cuisine enhanced by exceptional service. The head waiter truly cares for his guests and responds to their requests. They know how to adapt to your preferences, which is becoming so rare. Thank you for this wonderful culinary experience.
