The dishes were excellent. The portion of hanger steak could have been a bit larger. Despite having mentioned it, the Domaine de l'Horgelus lacked freshness. The placement of the 8-seat table on the ground floor is rather inconvenient for service.

Pleasant welcome. Efficient and professional service. One minor complaint: the cocktail was served with rotten mint leaves ☹️. The homemade nougat glacé was too sweet, with too much candied fruit; I don't think it's their usual recipe.

For our second visit to La Taverne, we weren't disappointed. The welcome is always warm and the service is good! Just one suggestion: the €32 set menu is perfect for autumn through spring. For the summer months, a menu with more summery options would be a plus, I think! And one last small remark: my wife was a little disappointed with the amount of vegetables and fries with the andouillette sausage; it's true, it was a bit light! My dish was well-proportioned with fries and salad! Thank you for your hospitality! Best regards
