Les Remparts sur Neuf-Brisach

We were made very welcome and our host was very friendly and pleasant. It’s the best tarte flambée I’ve eaten in Alsace!👍🏽 With little care for us and the children, the service was impeccable and the dishes delicious. I recommend this restaurant! Fabienne

After going to a restaurant with a storefront around the Place de Neuf-brisach where they didn't even take the time after 5 minutes to welcome us, or even to say hello, we went at the ramparts restaurant: •Warm and smiling welcome •unpretentious but good dishes, cooked precisely and well served •good value for money What more? (For constructive criticism, but in no way detracts from my satisfaction, a little renewal of paint and decor would be a real plus)

An EXCEPTIONAL welcome! Kindness, smile, humor. Erika, the new owner, is attentive to our satisfaction, the last minute cooking is delicious, the dishes are abundant. A happy surprise! After having lunch there, we came back in the evening 👍
