Les Sables Dores sur Serra-Di-Ferro

The atmosphere was very pleasant, and the servers were incredibly friendly and responsive. We were with our two young children and were served very quickly. They loved their meals, and we enjoyed the mussels and steak tartare just as much. The desserts were to die for! 😍😍 All this with an incredible view. In short, we highly recommend it.

It was very mediocre. The fish soup was blended—we kept pulling bones out of our teeth—and the charcuterie platter was frankly disappointing, with products worthy of a supermarket. The main courses weren't any more convincing. I ordered the steak tartare; all you had to do was add the egg yolk, as everything else was already mixed into the meat, with no option to choose a side dish. There was so much dressing (or some other ingredient) that the meat had lost its natural flavor; it tasted sweet and sour. The side dish was a huge pile of lettuce, endive, and arugula, also swimming in dressing, much to my dismay. As a steak tartare enthusiast, I found this version ruined by culinary incompetence. The other dishes were mediocre. Everything was fresh—no complaints there—but the cooking simply lacked finesse. However, the establishment benefits from a pleasant location, with a terrace by the water.

Friendly welcome, pleasant and efficient staff. The first meal was good, but the second was much less so (the Milanese veal cutlet was far too overcooked).

Fantastic location right by the sea. From seafood and traditional Corsican cuisine to delicious burgers, everything here tastes absolutely delicious. The service is also excellent, and everyone is very attentive.

The mussels from the Diana pond were delicious. I waited for dessert, but since there was a very large table, the servers were very busy... So I left without having been able to order dessert 🍨 what a shame
